Bajaj Finance plans to deploy AI facial-recognition cameras across 3,000 Indian stores by March 2027, enabling real-time identification and personalized offers. The lender aims to lift recognition accuracy to 70%, improve conversions and onboarding, and reduce fraud and customer deflection.
