ITC Pays Rs 3,896 Crore Dividend to BAT-Linked Holders Despite Trimmed Stake
ITC's FY26 dividend to British American Tobacco-linked entities fell 8.1% to Rs 3,895.75 crore from Rs 4,238.93 crore as BAT cut its holding to 22.91%. ITC also acquired three BAT trademarks for the Indian market for Rs 403.61 crore.
