Amul, Mother Dairy raise milk prices ₹2/litre post-elections, citing feed and procurement costs

Amul hiked milk prices ₹2/litre across India and Mother Dairy followed in NCR from May 14, a 2.5-3.5% increase. Amul Gold 500ml moves from ₹34 to ₹35, T Special 1L from ₹63 to ₹66. GCMMF cites higher cattle feed, packaging, fuel costs and a 6% rise in farmer procurement prices since May 2025.
