Amul commits Rs 700 cr to Howrah dairy plant, breaks ground June 14
GCMMF will lay the foundation stone on June 14 for a 15-acre facility at Sankrail Food Park, Howrah. Designed to process 15 lakh litres of milk and 10 lakh kg of curd products daily, the plant marks Amul's largest eastern India bet and a direct play for Bengal's dairy market.
