Phoenix Mills has overhauled Phoenix MarketCity Pune with a façade revamp, design upgrades and a premiumised brand mix. After landing Pune's first IKEA, the mall is queuing up Coach, Hugo, Swatch and Lego, alongside UNIQLO, Michael Kors, Victoria's Secret, Armani Exchange and Shantanu and Nikhil.

Zara India FY26 profit tumbles 32% to Rs 204 cr; Trent trims ITRIPL stake to 20%

Zara India's FY26 net profit fell 31.9% to Rs 204.14 cr as revenue slipped 1.1% to Rs 2,749.28 cr, per Trent's annual report. Trent cut its ITRIPL stake to 20% via buyback amid rising competition from H&M and UNIQLO. Massimo Dutti JV bucked the trend with 28% revenue growth to Rs 128.45 cr.

Uniqlo deepens Pune play with 21,000 sq ft Phoenix Market City store, its 19th in India

The Japanese LifeWear major has opened its second Pune outlet at Phoenix Market City, a 21,000 sq ft format carrying its full assortment including AIRism, HEATTECH and UTme! collaborations with local artists. The launch marks Uniqlo's 19th India store as it accelerates beyond Delhi-NCR and Mumbai into Tier-1 metros.
