Wipro Consumer buys TTK Healthcare’s Good Home and Eva brands for Rs 256 crore
Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is acquiring Good Home and Eva from TTK Healthcare at an enterprise value of Rs 256 crore, adding home- and personal-care brands with combined FY26 revenue of Rs 148 crore. The company plans to scale them through national distribution, marketing, innovation and quick commerce.
