Tata Starbucks will add up to 100 stores a year across drive-thru, highway, airport, kiosk and Reserve formats, pushing past its current 500+ footprint to 1,000 outlets by 2028. The chain, which claims 30% of India's organised coffee market, is leaning into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
