Tata Digital’s FY26 loss widens to ₹4,974 crore as BigBasket remains the biggest drag
Tata Digital reported FY26 revenue of ₹35,990 crore, up 11.9%, but its net loss rose 7.9% to ₹4,974 crore. BigBasket’s B2C business accounted for ₹3,073 crore of losses, while Croma, Tata Cliq and Tata 1mg also remained in the red.

The widening loss follows Tata Digital’s addition of three C-suite leaders for a financial-services pivot, a proposed ₹7,000 crore Tata Sons infusion, and restructuring plans for Neu, BigBasket and 1mg.
