Supreme Court seeks pilot to deny fuel to uninsured vehicles
The Supreme Court has asked IRDAI and the road transport ministry to prepare a pilot linking petrol pumps with ANPR, VAHAN and insurance databases to identify uninsured vehicles, deny refuelling and issue automated e-challans.
