Muthoot Exim to nearly double Gold Point outlets to 200, target 3 tonnes recycled in 2 years
Muthoot Exim plans to mobilise 3 tonnes of gold worth ₹4,500 crore through recycling over the next two years, expanding its Gold Point footprint from 109 to 200 outlets with a push into smaller cities. The move rides surging gold prices, a 15% import duty, and rising household monetisation, with 40% repeat customers across a 55,000-strong base.
