Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore to scale B2B retail network
Meesho buys a 100% stake in B2B retailing platform Kirana Club in an all-cash deal, folding its 4.1 million small retailers across Tier 2-4 cities into Meesho's logistics and marketplace infrastructure. Kirana Club posted FY26 turnover of Rs 15.8 crore, up from Rs 4.9 crore in FY25 and Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
