Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore in all-cash deal to scale B2B retail
Meesho takes 100% ownership of B2B platform Kirana Club, which has 4.1 million registered retailers, to deepen kirana access and retailer acquisition across Tier 2-4 and rural India. Kirana Club posted FY25 turnover of Rs 4.9 crore, up from Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
Meesho will acquire B2B retailing platform Kirana Club for ~Rs 202 crore all-cash, taking full ownership to expand its B2B ecommerce, strengthen kirana access, and boost retailer acquisition in Tier 2-4 and rural markets across India.
