Meesho acquires Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore in all-cash B2B ecommerce play
Meesho buys 100% of B2B retail platform Kirana Club for Rs 202 crore cash, folding its 4.1 million small retailers across Tier 2-4 India into Meesho's logistics and marketplace stack. Kirana Club posted Rs 15.8 crore projected FY26 turnover, up from Rs 4.9 crore in FY25 and Rs 2.7 crore in FY24.
