Ixigo parent takes 54.66% of Brevistay for Rs 65.69 cr, backs AI startups Proactai, Vestra.AI
Le Travenues will acquire majority control of hotel-booking platform Brevistay for Rs 65.69 crore and deploy Rs 12 crore across AI plays Proactai (10.34%) and Vestra.AI, funded from its Rs 1,296 crore Prosus preferential issue. Brevistay deal closes by July 31, 2026; AI deals by July 5.
