At its ixigo NEXT event, the travel platform unveiled a rebuilt app centered on TARA, a multimodal voice/text assistant in English, Hindi and Hinglish. Agentic flows now automate boarding passes, refunds and real-time updates across flights and hotels for its 54 crore FY25 annual active user base.
