ITC Hotels posted Q1FY27 net profit of Rs 182 crore, up 36% YoY though down 43% QoQ, on revenue of Rs 936 crore (+15% YoY, -25% QoQ). Shares fell ~5%. The company announced acquiring 100% of GHK Hospitality (Welcomhotel Ahmedabad, 130 keys) at an enterprise value of Rs 155 crore, extending its 150+ hotel network across 90+ destinations.
