ITC Hotels Q1 PAT jumps 35% to ₹180 cr; buys GHK Hospitality for ₹155 cr
ITC Hotels posted Q1FY27 net profit of ₹180.2 crore, up 35.5% YoY, with revenue rising 14.8% to ₹936 crore and EBITDA margin at 31.2%. The company announced a 100% acquisition of GHK Hospitality, owner of the 130-key Welcomhotel Ahmedabad, at an enterprise value of ₹155 crore. Shares fell 4.71% to ₹174.85.
