ITC Hotels posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 936 crore (up 14.8%) and profit of Rs 180 crore (up 36%). The chain crossed 200 hotels and 16,000 keys, signed eight new properties, and agreed to acquire Welcomhotel Ahmedabad for Rs 155 crore. Shares fell 5.2% to Rs 174 despite the beat.
