FSSAI bars sale of select rum and whisky products over non-permitted flavours
FSSAI has acted against select products from United Spirits, Mohan Rocky Springwater, INBREW Beverages and Associated Alcohols & Breweries, citing allegedly non-permitted flavours, misleading labels and deceptive maturation claims. Notices were issued to six other manufacturers in Maharashtra.
