Eggless cookie-led dessert chain FES Cafe closed a $1M Pre-Series A from 12 Flags and is lining up a Series A to scale from 5 to 100 company-owned stores by 2027. Delhi NCR anchors the rollout with 25-30 new outlets and a Meherchand Market flagship; sixth store opens 6 June 2026.
