Curefoods pulls back IPO, hunts pre-IPO cheque as West Asia jitters cloud listing window
The multi-brand operator behind EatFit, CakeZone and Krispy Kreme India has paused its ₹1,400-1,500 crore IPO filed in June, opting instead for a private round. Revenue rose to ₹745.8 crore in FY25 from ₹635 crore, but FY24 losses of ₹172.6 crore and 502 outlets across 70+ cities leave the house-of-brands story dependent on fresh capital.
Curefoods has delayed its IPO citing West Asia geopolitical uncertainty and is exploring a fresh pre-IPO fundraise. The multi-brand food services firm filed DRHP in June 2025 for ₹800 crore fresh issue plus OFS, targeting ₹1,400-1,500 crore.
