Cult.fit Revives IPO Plans With Rs 4,000-Crore Fundraise, Files DRHP
Bengaluru-based fitness and wellness platform Cult.fit has refiled its DRHP with SEBI targeting a Rs 4,000-crore IPO. The offer blends a Rs 950-crore fresh issue with an offer for sale, alongside a possible pre-IPO round. Temasek recently invested Rs 440 crore for a ~12% stake in the company, founded in 2016.
