Cult.fit eyes Rs 3,500-4,000 cr IPO at $2 bn valuation, DRHP filing by June-end
Bengaluru-based Cult.fit is taking the confidential pre-filing route with SEBI for a Rs 3,500-4,000 crore IPO at ~$2 billion valuation. FY24 revenue climbed to Rs 927 crore from Rs 694 crore in FY23, with gyms, sports and wellness driving growth. Curefoods is also lining up an Rs 800 crore listing.
