Cult.fit Eyes ₹3,500-4,000 Cr IPO, DRHP Filing Expected This Month
Mukesh Bansal-led Cult.fit plans to file DRHP for a ₹3,500-4,000 cr IPO blending fresh issue and OFS. Revenue crossed ₹1,700 cr at 40% YoY growth with EBITDA turning positive in Q4 FY26. Backers include Temasek (11.88%), Tata Digital and Zomato. Axis, Goldman, Jefferies, JM Financial and Morgan Stanley are bookrunners.
