BRND.ME (ex-Mensa) goes public limited, eyes IPO in 12–18 months on ₹1,500 Cr FY26 revenue claim
The D2C house-of-brands behind Majestic Pure, MyFitness, Botanic Hearth and Dennis Lingo has redomiciled to India and converted into a public entity. It projects FY26 revenue of ₹1,500 Cr with adjusted EBITDA positivity across flagships, even as FY25 losses widened 39% to ₹501 Cr. Total funding stands at $295 Mn.
