Ather board clears ₹2,500 Cr raise to defend turf against TVS, Bajaj, Ola
Ather Energy will raise up to ₹2,500 Cr (₹1,500 Cr QIP + ₹1,000 Cr preferential/rights) to fund manufacturing, product development and retail expansion. Network already spans 700 experience centres, 548 service centres and 6,000 charging points. Q4 revenue ₹1,174.7 Cr (+73.7% YoY); net loss narrowed to ₹100.2 Cr (-57.2%).
