Ather Energy bolsters capital base as SBI Mutual Fund trims stake to 5.06%

SBI Mutual Fund reduced its Ather Energy stake to 5.055% following a partial sale. The Indian EV maker also completed a preferential issue and QIB share allotment, strengthening its capital base amid a sharp rise in its share price.
Why this matters
The signal follows Ather Energy’s April 2025 IPO updates, when its retail tranche reached 63% subscription on Day 1 and the retail quota was fully booked by Day 2.
