Alpha Wave Ventures sold ~1% in Delhivery for Rs 332.5 Cr via bulk deal at Rs 460.4/share, cutting holding from 1.93%. Follows Nexus's Rs 208 Cr exit; cumulative VC offloads now exceed Rs 1,256 Cr. Delhivery posted Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 2,850 Cr (+30% YoY) and profit of Rs 72.3 Cr.
