Actis trims Pine Labs stake to 3.72%, cashes out Rs 151.6 Cr in bulk deal

PE investor Actis sold 98.28 lakh shares (0.86%) in payment infrastructure firm Pine Labs at Rs 154.25 apiece, paring its holding from 4.58%. The exit comes as Pine Labs reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs 700.5 Cr (+17% YoY) and net profit of Rs 59.4 Cr, with market cap at Rs 17,534 Cr.
