Actis offloads another 2% in Pine Labs via Rs 371 Cr bulk deal; Axis MF absorbs Rs 148 Cr
Actis sold ~2.39 crore Pine Labs shares at Rs 155.17 in a BSE bulk deal worth Rs 371 crore, taking its cumulative exit to Rs 522 crore in recent sessions. Axis Mutual Fund picked up Rs 148 crore. Pine Labs reported Q4 revenue of Rs 700.5 Cr and profit of Rs 59.4 Cr, with m-cap at Rs 18,516 Cr.
