Actis offloads ₹371 Cr Pine Labs stake in second block deal post lock-in
Actis sold 2.39 Cr Pine Labs shares at ₹155.17 in a ₹371 Cr block deal, its second exit within a week of the lock-in expiry. Axis MF lapped up ₹148 Cr worth. Pine Labs swung to ₹112.5 Cr profit in FY26 on revenue of ₹2,710.6 Cr, up 19%, with market cap at ₹18,516 Cr.
