Actis sold 2.39 Cr Pine Labs shares at ₹155.17 apiece for ₹371 Cr, its second exit tranche within a week of lock-in expiry. Axis MF absorbed ₹148 Cr. Pine Labs swung to ₹112.5 Cr FY26 profit on ₹2,710.6 Cr revenue; mcap ₹18,516 Cr.
