Actis exits 0.86% of Pine Labs for Rs 151.6 crore in bulk deal
Mauritius-based PE firm Actis offloaded 98.28 lakh shares of merchant-payments firm Pine Labs at Rs 154.25 apiece. The exit follows Pine Labs' FY26 print of Rs 2,711 crore revenue (+19%) and Rs 113 crore net profit, with Q4 revenue up 17% to Rs 701 crore.
Actis sold a 0.86% stake (98.28 lakh shares) in Indian merchant-payments firm Pine Labs for Rs 151.6 crore at Rs 154.25/share. Pine Labs posted Q4FY26 net profit of Rs 59 crore and FY26 revenue of Rs 2,711 crore.
