SAMHI Hotels reported FY26 revenue up 12.3% to Rs 1,279 cr and PAT up 5.6x to Rs 566.5 cr, with EBITDA up 8.8% to Rs 462.6 cr. GIC invested ~Rs 6,000 mn for a 35% stake in a 1,000-room platform.
