SAMHI Hotels reported FY26 revenue up 12.3% to Rs 1,279 cr and PAT up 5.6x to Rs 566.5 cr, with EBITDA up 8.8% to Rs 462.6 cr. GIC invested ~Rs 6,000 mn for a 35% stake in a 1,000-room platform. SAMHI added properties in Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai and Navi Mumbai, and acquired 70% in RARE India (73 hotels, 1,015 rooms).

Bengaluru developer Sattva Group is scaling a brand-agnostic hotel portfolio with IHCL, Marriott and Accor, starting with a 340-key Taj resort on 33 acres in Bengaluru and upscale properties in Hyderabad, Vizag and Darjeeling. India's organised room base is forecast to grow from 200,000 to 350,000 by FY30, with 2025 signings up 35.7% to 64,000 keys.
