SAMHI Hotels posts FY26 income of Rs 1,279 cr, PAT jumps 5.6x; GIC takes 35% in 1,000-room platform
SAMHI Hotels reported FY26 revenue up 12.3% to Rs 1,279 cr and PAT up 5.6x to Rs 566.5 cr, with EBITDA up 8.8% to Rs 462.6 cr. GIC invested ~Rs 6,000 mn for a 35% stake in a 1,000-room platform. SAMHI added properties in Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai and Navi Mumbai, and acquired 70% in RARE India (73 hotels, 1,015 rooms).
