Zepto has paused its planned Rs 10,000 crore IPO after limited mutual-fund interest and intends to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore from existing investors. The quick-commerce firm reported FY26 revenue of Rs 22,623.58 crore and a Rs 5,905.19 crore loss.

Why this matters

Zepto’s IPO pause follows recent signals that investor bids fell short of its valuation target and that it was seeking a ₹1,000 crore pre-IPO raise, amid scrutiny of its dark-store quick-commerce model.
