Zepto files updated DRHP for Rs 9,500 crore IPO, targets July 2026 listing
Quick commerce player Zepto refiled IPO papers with SEBI comprising Rs 8,010 crore fresh issue and 113 million share OFS at a $7 billion valuation. Q4 revenue hit Rs 7,498 crore (up 75% YoY) across 1,139 dark stores and 210 million orders, though net loss stood at Rs 1,539 crore.
