Zepto files UDRHP for Rs 11,000 crore IPO; founders hold full stake as Nexus leads OFS
Bengaluru-based Zepto submitted papers for an Rs 11,000 crore IPO comprising an Rs 8,010 crore fresh issue and 11.35 crore OFS shares. Founders Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra retain their entire stake while Nexus Ventures sells 8.77 crore shares. FY26 revenue doubled to Rs 22,624 crore; losses widened to Rs 5,905 crore across 1,139 dark stores.
