Wingreens acquires Safe Harvest, raises Rs 120 Cr Series D led by Ashish Kacholia
Wingreens has bought pesticide-free food brand Safe Harvest in a share swap and closed a Rs 120 crore ($12.6M) Series D led by Ashish Kacholia with Alchemy Fund. Capital will fund portfolio, distribution and supply-chain expansion across its farm-to-consumer brands, taking total raised to Rs 556 crore.
