Vicinity Centres acquires Eastern Creek Quarter from Frasers for $400M, expanding DFO outlet footprint
Vicinity Centres is buying Western Sydney's Eastern Creek Quarter, a 40,000sqm hybrid retail and outlet centre 41km from Sydney CBD, from Frasers Property Group for $400 million. The deal, expected to complete by June 30, scales Vicinity's DFO outlet platform within its $25 billion portfolio and marks a step up from the comparable $358M 2021 transaction.
