Ventive Hospitality commits ₹2,000 cr to add 2,000 luxury rooms over 5 years
Blackstone-backed Ventive will deploy ₹2,000 crore from internal accruals to add 2,000 keys across Pune, Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Varanasi, Goa and Udaipur. Pipeline includes Soho House Delhi, JW Marriott Navi Mumbai, AC Hotels and Moxy launches, plus a potential Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru buyout. Portfolio will stay 80% luxury.
