Truffles taps Spark Capital to find PE backers at ~₹800 cr valuation
Bengaluru-born casual dining chain Truffles has hired Spark Capital to scout PE investors for a stake sale at ~₹800 crore, pricing the deal at 3-4x revenue. FY25 revenue hit ₹159.1 cr (vs ₹140.3 cr FY24) with ₹17 cr profit across 8 branches and 3 cloud kitchens. Proceeds will fund a push beyond Bengaluru.
