Tata Sons FY26 profit rises 21.8% as Air India losses widen
Tata Sons reported FY26 revenue of ₹42,367 crore, up 9.1% year-on-year, and profit after tax of ₹31,961 crore, up 21.8%. It proposed a final dividend of ₹1,10,717 per share, while Air India’s loss widened to ₹22,238 crore from ₹10,859 crore in FY25.
Tata Sons reported FY26 profit growth of 21.8% and proposed a higher dividend, strengthening capital support for Tata’s consumer and retail-facing businesses. Air India’s losses more than doubled amid airspace, fuel, forex and operational pressures.
