Swara Baby Products files for Rs 1,000 Cr IPO; FirstCry parent to sell Rs 300 Cr in OFS
FirstCry-owned Swara Baby Products, India's largest contract manufacturer of disposable hygiene products, filed its DRHP for a Rs 1,000 Cr IPO split between a Rs 500 Cr fresh issue and Rs 500 Cr OFS. Proceeds will fund a new Madhya Pradesh facility and debt repayment. FY26 revenue hit Rs 1,164 Cr, up 23.4% YoY, with Rs 96 Cr profit.
