Swara Baby Products, 76.6% owned by FirstCry parent BrainBees, filed its DRHP for a ₹1,000 Cr IPO split between a ₹500 Cr fresh issue and ₹500 Cr OFS (including BrainBees' ₹300 Cr). Fresh proceeds fund a new Madhya Pradesh plant and debt repayment. FY26 profit stood at ₹95.6 Cr on ₹1,163 Cr revenue.
