Swara Baby, FirstCry subsidiary, files DRHP to raise Rs 1,000 crore via IPO
FirstCry unit Swara Baby has filed its DRHP with SEBI for a Rs 1,000 crore IPO, split evenly between a Rs 500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 500 crore OFS. Proceeds fund project financing (Rs 198.2 cr), debt repayment (Rs 100 cr), and subsidiary investment, backing growth in the baby-products segment.
