Henkel to pull Pril and Fa licences from Jyothy Labs after May 2026

Henkel has formally notified Jyothy Labs it will not renew licence agreements for Pril dishwash and Fa personal care brands beyond May 31 2026, creating a confirmed revenue-risk event for FY27 and forcing a transition to house brands such as Exo.
