Sathya Agencies secures SEBI nod for ₹600 crore IPO to fund Unilet buyout

Tamil Nadu-based consumer electronics retailer Sathya Agencies has cleared SEBI for a ₹600 crore IPO, split evenly between fresh issue and OFS. Proceeds will retire debt and fund acquisition of subsidiary Unilet Appliances. Kanohar Electricals and Torrent Gas also received approvals.
