Reliance sets 49th AGM for 19 June 2026, fixes ₹6/share dividend record date
Reliance Industries will hold its 49th AGM on 19 June 2026 with 5 June set as record date for the recommended ₹6/share FY26 dividend. Group posted FY26 net profit of ₹80,775 cr (+16%) on revenue of ₹10.75 lakh cr (+9.75%), even as Q4 PAT slipped 8.1% to ₹20,616 cr.
