Ratnadeep Retail Files DRHP for Rs 400 Crore Fresh Issue Plus OFS
Hyderabad-based grocery and value fashion retailer Ratnadeep filed IPO papers with SEBI, seeking Rs 400 crore via fresh issue alongside a 1.49 crore share OFS. It will deploy Rs 260 crore for new Ratnadeep and National Mart stores and Rs 40 crore to cut debt. The chain runs 190 stores across South India with FY26 revenue of Rs 2,223 crore and Rs 37 crore PAT.
